Sanitizing: Touch-less hand-sanitizer units throughout the common areas of the building.
Daily: Cleaning and sanitizing of all common areas and high touch points.
Nightly: Deep cleaning & disinfecting of all common areas.
Cleaning Protocol
COVID Virus Response: Our building has invested in a medical grade electrostatic disinfecting system (CloroxPro 360). In addition to regular cleaning, in the event of any potential COVID exposure in our building, we will close off the area and thoroughly clean and disinfect the space.
Janitorial Staff: The York's janitorial team practices social distancing and wears face masks at all times while in the building.
HVAC: Upgraded HVAC air purification with UV-C, Activated Carbon and Ionizer
